Now listen, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money." Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. James 4: 13-14

What I heard from Jesus today is: Are you going to vanish?

Did anyone ask you before this question: If you have only one month to live, what would you do?

Most people would say they would rearrange their lifestyle, spend more time with their families, read more Bible ...bra, bra, bra... Nothing would happen after challenge by this question because no one would think that it would really happen.

I still remember the day I walked my wife Michelle into Vancouver General Hospital, April 10, 2010. I asked her, "Are you afraid?" She said, "Am I allow to be afraid?" The whole earth seemed stand still that day for we did not know what would happen tomorrow. Would she be vanished in a little while just as James says in verse 14?

The book of James challenges our faith: What good is it if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds?(James 2: 14)

Be sure that you are going to vanish, even though you won't know when! So, read this from James and see what you are going to hear from Jesus to rearrange your life and your lifestyle. Don't waste your time anymore now, you may not have time to waste!

You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures. James 4: 2-3

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

James 4: 7-8

Dear Lord Jesus,

Help us to be able to rearrange our life and lifestyle to be more close to you and really do what you want us to do. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
