Anything can happen to your life without your preparation!

Friday at 4:10p.m.. If he was there one minute earlier he would have

been hit by the plane right on. He was shaking for 15 minutes and

didn't know what to think of but to pray! Ming Pao took that "Snatch him from the fire"

picture as half of the top of front page yesterday(Saturday).

Life is so fragile! Be prepared to see Jesus anytime!

Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt I had to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints.

Jude 1: 3

Be merciful to those who doubt; snatch others from the fire and save them; to others show mercy, mixed with fear - hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh. Jude 1: 22

What I heard from Jesus today is: Snatch them from the fire!

There is no better picture to show what does it means by "snatch them from the fire" of the one our dear brother took 100 meters away from the Vancouver airport plane clash site the moment it clashed! To snatch someone from the fire means you have to take a big risk, a risk might cause your own death by swallowing by the fire itself!

Why Jude wanted the recipients of his letter to snatch people from the fire risking our lives?

Because there were false teachers all over the place who took fill liberty to do as they pleased. They did not obey the moral standard of God's law and to promote sin without fear of judgment. All of those false teachings divided the churches regarding what to believe(vv. 19, 22) and how to behave(vv. 4,8,16).

We have this kind of false teachers and false teaching all over the world especially in North America. How can we rise up to guard the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints and to snatch those whom Jesus wants us to snatch from the fire? Watch out, you can't save everyone from that fire! Jude said only some, but the others you can only show mercy, and some we need to "burn the bridge" in case you stained your clothing!

Dear Lord Jesus,

Help us to know who are those you want us to snatch from the fire and give us the power and courage to do so. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
