You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. Miriam and Aaron began to talk against Moses because of his Cushite wife, for he had married a Cushite. "Has the Lord spoken only through Moses?" they asked. "Hasn't he also spoken through us?" And the Lord heard this.


But this is not true of my servant Moses;

he is faithful in all my house.

With him I speak face to face,

clearly and not in riddles;

he sees the form of the Lord.

Why then were you not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?"

Numbers 12: 1-2, 7-8



What I heard from Jesus today is: Consequence of speaking against God's servant!

The poisonous virus in the last chapter spread. It spread to Moses' brother and sister! How painful it was for Moses that his own family members, his faithful co-workers rebelled against him!

If Moses' brother and sister could rebel agains him then anything can happen to anybody!

What can we learn from this painful lesson?
1. Watch out if you want to speak against a servant of God!
Of course, just as Miriam and Aaron they thought they heard from God that Moses was wrong. Of course those people who killed Jesus thought they heard from God! But they were all wrong! Don't do it!

2. Severe consequence if you do that!
For those who were teachable like Miriam, it was leprosy. For those who are not teachable, God has His own way to deal with those who attack God's servants. We'll never know! But, the only way we need to know is that don't sit on God's judgement seat! Don't judge God's servant or anybody. God judge, not you!
Don't do it!

Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us not to judge others especially your servants. Lead us to know how to encourage, support and pray for them. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
