The easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week. What you need to do is very simple. Choose one dayThe easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week to pray for me, my family and my ministry, remembering the ministry of ACiC(ACiC has two Networks: ACiC, Anglican Coalition in Canada and AI, Asian Initiative). You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. This campaign is also to teach you that you need somebody to pray for you daily. I have been prayed for hourly the past 1,100 days and I have never experienced this kind of peace and protection before. It's just beyond words can express. If I did not listen and obey to Jesus call 1,100 days ago to start this prayer movement, I think I would be pulled into darkness and discouragement already! I deeply believe that this is a way to draw as many participation as we can in prayers. I encourage you to participate. We need you to join us! Trust in the power of prayers!

Bible Study

This chapter is a very important chapter to all of us. It shows how weak we as a human really can become and how great God really is.

After Jesus commissioned His disciples and breathed in them God's breath in the last chapter, suddenly they went back to their previous job. Why? It is impossible!

N.T. Wright has a catch for us today:
Peter wanted to get on with life. To do the next thing. This was the world they knew. It would feel strange, giving back to it, but they had families who needed looking after, who must have been bemused to have them back again after all their adventures, and might well have been suggesting that they should settle down and do something sensible for a change. Like earning some money. Like catching some fish.

But, what they did not know is that they had been commissioned by Jesus. They worked for Jesus. They were filled with God's breath and be sent to the world to do Jesus job, God's job. If they wanted to do it their own way and they failed!

N.T. Wright says:
The only way is for them to admit defeat, to listen afresh to Jesus' voice, and to do what he says.

What is you "catch" today?

Have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage of scripture we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen to him, while listening to "Gabriel's Oboe"

What I heard from Jesus today is: When Jesus says NO!

Today Jesus gives us a very important message to think over and over again. Yes, when he says NO then no matter how we want to do our things in our own ways we can not success.

How are you doing your job lately? Going nowhere? Listen to what Jesus says to you now and do whatever He tells you to do! That's the only way for you to go ahead!

Let go! Let God! Let's go!!!

Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank you for your NO to us. Help us to listen to you carefully and to enter into a daily intimate personal relationship with you that we can be able to listen to your NO or YES so that we can do whatever you tell us to do. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
