The easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week. What you need to do is very simple. Choose one dayThe easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week to pray for me, my family and my ministry, remembering the ministry of ACiC(ACiC has two Networks: ACiC, Anglican Coalition in Canada and AI, Asian Initiative). You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. This campaign is also to teach you that you need somebody to pray for you daily. I have been prayed for hourly the past 1,100 days and I have never experienced this kind of peace and protection before. It's just beyond words can express. If I did not listen and obey to Jesus call 1,100 days ago to start this prayer movement, I think I would be pulled into darkness and discouragement already! I deeply believe that this is a way to draw as many participation as we can in prayers. I encourage you to participate. We need you to join us! Trust in the power of prayers!

This passage is the famous Lord's prayer. N.T. Wright says:
This is, in fact, a prayer for the kingdom of God to become fully present: not for God's people to be snatched away from earth to heaven, but for the glory and beauty of heaven to be turned into earthly reality as well. When that is done, God's name - his character, his reputation, his vey presence - will be held in high honour everywhere.
What have you got from the Lord's prayer today that can help you to bring the kingdom of God to become fully present?
Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage of scripture we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen to him, while listening to "Gabriel's Oboe"

What I heard from Jesus today is: Pray just like Jesus pray!
Yes, that's how we are going to pray and how we should pray. Not complicated prayers with beautiful word. What I got today from Jesus is just to follow Jesus' way to pray. His way is 'relational' and 'incarnational'.
The first part of the Lord's prayer is all about God and Jesus' relationship with God. A personal intimate relationship with God when you call God as Father, being able to see our Father's glory and power in heaven and be willing to be a channel to bring that glory and power on earth.
The second part of the Lord's prayer is all about 'incarnational'. Like you have your father walking by your side and you do not have to worry about food or anyone to come to hurt you. And that you are able to forgive someone who hurt you because the purpose of your coming to this world is to bring more people along with you to walk by our Heavenly Father's side. Without forgiveness, how can you walk by your Father's side and how can you bring more people to walk by His side.
So, what I got today is such a simple and intimate prayer that Jesus would like you and me to pray when we pray. Pray just like He pray!
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to be able to pray just like how you pray. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
