      Today's passage is to remind us that we should and need to be alive in Jesus. Not being enslaved to sin anymore. To experience this new being, our old self needs to be crucified with Jesus on the Cross so that Jesus can set us free from sin. And, we are alive!


     But, the reality is, we intentionally or unintentionally to let the old self to come back to live in us. How can that happen? Well, it just happen like that. It happens when you do not allow Jesus to be your Lord. It happens when you take back the Lordship or let other things to take back the Lordship again. 

Jesus is Lord! That's the only way. Sin or death has no dominion over us anymore. We are and should be in the Kingdom of God but not in the dominion/kingdom of sin and Satan.

 Being with Jesus and be willing to have Jesus lording you each day is the only way!

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage of scripture we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen to him, while listening to "Gabriel's Oboe"

Spiritual Journal

     What I heard from Jesus today is: Alive!

    What I got from Jesus today is an invitation to have a shout deep down in our souls: Alive! I am alive!

    Are you alive today? Or, are you being enslaved by sin because you let your old self to come back? 

    Let Jesus to ask you again, "Are you alive? Are you free?" 

    If you are not, repent and come back to God's Kingdom to have Jesus to save you, protect you and be with you each day.

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to experience that we are alive each day because you are our Savious, our Lord and our King. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
