Silence
40 Days Break.Build daily devotion:
Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

There are lots of messages in today's four passages. The most important message I received is about how we can receive spiritual gift.
According to Paul says in today's Romans 1:11-12
I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong— that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith.
With the anointing of the spiritual gift and the releasing of our spiritual gift what describes in today's Psalm 149:1-9 of how God's faithful people rejoice each day in the power of God praising Him and what describes in today's 1 Chronicles of how David received the tailor-made instruction of God to defeat his strong enemies will happen in our lives. And, the pitfall of today's Proverbs of worldly rotten character won't happen in our lives.
Since thirty years ago the Lord has been leading me to cherish the laying on of hands by a great number of God's anointed servants and I love to lead people to go to God's anointed servants to seek their laying on of hands.
Just less than two weeks ago we had more than 100 people came forward to be laid hands on by Rev. Dr. Paul Chun Chi Ng and many of them shared how powerful and miraculous the experience was!
I sincerely hope and pray that you are one of a few to know the importance of the impartation of God's servants and to be willing to seek for that impartation!!!
Dear Lord Jesus,
My Listening
The topic I received from Jesus is: "Cherish the impartation of spiritual gift by God's servants"
There are lots of messages in today's four passages. The most important message I received is about how we can receive spiritual gift.
According to Paul says in today's Romans 1:11-12
We are cherish and thirst for spiritual gift! But what we may not know is that lots of time spiritual gift is by "impartation". The Chinese translation is just "to give to". But, impartation means by the laying on of hands. Paul makes it very clear in 2 Timothy 1:6:
For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.
Impartation means the laying on of hands by God's servant that God through his servant anoint you with spiritual gift.

Dear Lord Jesus,
Show us in your own way how important it is to seek for impartation of your anointed servants and lead us to be blessed and being laid hands on by those servants of you. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Reflect on these questions:
1. Do you think you have a better understanding of impartation today?
2. How can you cherish more to seek for the impartation of God's servants?
3. What have you received from Jesus today?
Praise and Thanksgiving
