Anglican Mission in Canada and Richmond Emmanuel Church have launched MISSION 113 Campaign starting January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026. 1.  Pray for the Holy Spirit to shine on you that you are able to discover your sins and be willing to repent:

2.  Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage we have just read. Offer this time to Jesus as you listen to him. 

   

     My Listening

    The topic I received today from Jesus is:  In your Name, gone with our fear!

     COVID-19 brought a global terror four years ago! 

         Actually, COVID-19 is not terrible because the recovery rate is high, but the fear from COVID-19 and all kinds of crisis of this world is terrible! Because that's the work of Satan!

     Luke 10 starts with the sending away of 72 people by Jesus to give them authority to heal and drive out demons. The Lord sent out billions of people in the past 2,000 years to do the same ministry. 

     Today, in this critical time when darkness seems to control the whole world, Jesus calls you and sends you to heal and drive out demons. To heal those who are in discouragement, anxiety and depression. To drive out the spirit of fear, the spirit of lack of faith and the spirit of self-centredness!

     Are you willing to accept His call and His sending, to help more people to get rid of our fear in His mighty Name?

     

     Dear Lord Jesus, 

     Help us to be willing to accept your call and sending to help more people to get rid of our fear in your name.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

    Reflect on these questions:

     1. What inspiration have you received from today's catch and what have you heard from Jesus now?

      

      2.  What is your next step to be more closer to Jesus, to be holy - that is to do what Jesus wants you to do and not to do what Jesus wants you not to do?

現在讓你有一個安靜的時刻，給聖靈一個空間，讓主耶穌可以藉着剛才讀過的經文，親自對你説話。

 

 今日我從主耶穌領受的主題是: 耶穌來不是要滅人的性命，是要救人的性命!  

昨日的詩篇 46:8-9 告訴我們當世界被戰爭或其他災難弄到破落荒涼的時候，都是神的作為，即使我們不明白，但我們要做的就是 "休息"! 如果我們願意 "休息"，神的名得榮耀，神會與我們同在，我們會在他的堡壘，最堅固的避難所中!

可能有人看到這講法會不明白，甚至會憤怒，為何神可以這樣殘忍，要那麼多人死，那麼多人病，那麼多人受苦?

今日的路加福音 9:51-56 給我們看神的作為! 因為神的作為不是要滅人命的，而是要救人命的，更重要的，是救人的靈魂! 

你相信嗎? 信的話，讓我們現在向主呼求吧!

    親愛的主耶穌, 
求你使用我們在這世界被魔鬼惡者的工作，被很多突如其來的災難壓得透不過氣的苦况中，帶人歸回你的國度，你的保護中，撥亂歸正，奉主耶穌基督名求，阿們。

     My Listening

    The topic I received today from Jesus is:  Jesus comes not to destroy men's lives but to save them!

     Yesterday's Psalm 46:8-9 tells us that when this world is being brought to a state of desolations by wars or other sufferings, it is God's work, even though we might never understand! What we need to do when those time come is to "Be Still"!

      If we are willing to "Be Still", then God's Name will be glorified, God will be with us and we will be in the most secure fortress and refuge, His own fortress!

       May be there are people do not understand why I said that or they might be very angry! They might think: Why God is so cruel to kill so many people, to allow so many people to have coronavirus and so many people to suffer?

      Today's Luke 9:51-56 let us to see how God works things out. He comes not to destroy people's lives but to save people's lives, and most important, not only lives, souls!

      Do you believe that? If you believe, then let Jesus use you turning everything right side up. Yes, to turn Satan's work using all kinds of ways to bring disaster and sufferings from upside down to right side up!

     

     Dear Lord Jesus, 

     Help us to be willing to follow your model to be still each morning so that we can bring people back to you and turn things right side up.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
