So I went to the angel and asked him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, “Take it and eat it. It will turn your stomach sour, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.” I took the little scroll from the angel’s hand and ate it. It tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I had eaten it, my stomach turned sour. Then I was told, “You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, languages and kings.”

Revelation 10: 9-11

What I heard from Jesus today is: Read His Word! Eat His Word! Say His Word!

This is a call directly from God to read the Bible as much as you can like eating in, swallowing it. With that you have Words in you and the daily intimate relationship with Jesus. Then you know what to say to those people Jesus wants you to say, even prophesy!

Richmond Emmanuel Church started a "Eat the Scroll" Campaign in 2000. Since then we had around 70 brothers and sisters got the prize by finished reading the whole Bible. The recent on is Elise To who had a deadly accident in Athans, Greece three years ago on November 14, 2008. I flew to Athans to be with her and her husband Kit for eight days. She just told me that she took a long road to finish reading the whole Bible, longer than most people but very encouraging, she started in 2000 and finished last month. I am going to give the Eat the Scroll Campaign prize to her on November 20(Sunday) in our 11a.m. service(Richmond Emmanuel Church).

Read His Word! Eat His Word! Say His Word!

Dear Lord Jesus,

Help us to eat your Word and be able to say what you want us to say with no fear. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

**The plane that Michelle and I took yesterday morning had an emergency landing! We took off at 6:30a.m. from Toronto heading to Newark then to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The cargo door was opened and we need to have an emergency landing in Buffalo City. We changed a new plane to Newark and safely arrived in SC for the House of Bishops' Annual Retreat. Three fire trucks were surrounding us when we landed. You can see the headlight of one of the fire truck when we landed in the first picture above.
