Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
3. Sing a song to praise God (you are welcome to use "Father, I adore you" which I have been singing every morning for the past 20 years or your own choice to praise God)
Father, I adore You, lay my life before You, how I love You.
Jesus, I adore You, lay my life before You, how I love You.
Spirit, I adore You, lay my life before You, how I love You.
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method https://bishopsilas.blogspot.com/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to shine on you that you are able to discover your sins and be willing to repent:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God and having Jesus as my Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sins to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gifts to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God and having Jesus as my Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sins to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gifts to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

"Heavenly Father, I pray that this day I may live in your presence and please you more and more.
Lord Jesus, I pray that this day I may take up my cross and follow you.
Holy Spirit, I pray that this day you will fill me with yourself and cause your fruit to ripen in my life: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control."

Time with Abba passages: Psalm 139:19-24, Obadiah 1-21;;Revelation 4:1-21; Proverbs 29:24-25
Today's key passage:
1
You have searched me, Lord,
and you know me.
and you know me.
You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar.
you perceive my thoughts from afar.
If only you, God, would slay the wicked!
Away from me, you who are bloodthirsty!
Away from me, you who are bloodthirsty!
They speak of you with evil intent;
your adversaries misuse your name.
your adversaries misuse your name.
Do I not hate those who hate you, Lord,
and abhor those who are in rebellion against you?
and abhor those who are in rebellion against you?
I have nothing but hatred for them;
I count them my enemies.
I count them my enemies.
Search me, God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
See if there is any offensive way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting.
and lead me in the way everlasting.
Psalm 139:1-2, 19-22, 23-24
Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage we have just read. Offer this time to Jesus as you listen to him.
My Listening
The topic I received from Jesus is: This is the time of testing for God to lead you in the way everlasting!
The past four days we have been reading Psalm 139 and today is the last day for Psalm 139. When I read the last two verses, I had a big catch!
It seems that the first two verses and the last two verses of Psalm 139 are very similar, but actually it is totally different!
The first two verse shows that David knew God is Almighty and know all things, but we see from verses 19-22, it seems that David did not understand why God allowed the wicked people to have power making him to think that the presence of God was not there!
The last two serves are in a totally different attitude, from God was so far away or not even there to God was just in front of David. It seems that David suddenly understood that sufferings are a test from God to remove the obstacles of him to God, so that God can hold his hand and lead him to the way everlasting!
Do you know this time of pandemic is also a time of testing?
Covid 19 is somewhat like how David describes in verses 19-22 of those bloodthirsty wicked people to frighten us and to take away the trust of God from us.
May you understand all kinds of sufferings are God testing to take away the blockage between you and God so that He can lead you to the way everlasting!
May we pray for our church on the 50th day of our 100 days Prayer Meeting now:
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to understand all kinds of sufferings are testing from you so that you can lead us to the way everlasting. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Reflect on these questions:
1. What inspiration have you received from today's catch and what have you heard from Jesus now?
2. What is your next step to be more closer to Jesus?
