1. 求聖靈光照，使你知罪，願意認罪悔改 
     "親愛的聖靈, 求你光照我心靈的深處, 使我看見我的罪, 我和主耶穌的阻隔, 
        求你幫助, 奉主耶穌基督名求。阿們。"

2. 透過聖靈的工作, 安靜一刻, 省察自己, 之後祈禱:
     「親愛的主耶穌，感謝你為我的罪釘死在十字架上，我願意在你面前承認我的罪（凡聖靈光照到的，請逐一說出），求你用你的寶血赦免我的罪，我願意打開心門讓你作我的救主，求你救贖我，我願意一生跟隨你讓你作我生命的主，求你帶領我。聖靈，求你充滿我，使我得著恩賜及力量去侍奉主、見證主，奉主耶穌基督名求，阿們。」

親親爸父經文:(詩篇 136:1-9; 列王紀上 22:1-53; 使徒行傳 13:16-41; 箴言 17:17-18)  

     30 以 色 列 王 對 約 沙 法 說 ： 我 要 改 裝 上 陣 ， 你 可 以 仍 穿 王 服 。 以 色 列 王 就 改 裝 上 陣 。

31 先 是 亞 蘭 王 吩 咐 他 的 三 十 二 個 車 兵 長 說 ： 他 們 的 兵 將 ， 無 論 大 小 ， 你 們 都 不 可 與 他 們 爭 戰 ， 只 要 與 以 色 列 王 爭 戰 。

32 車 兵 長 看 見 約 沙 法 ， 便 說 ： 這 必 是 以 色 列 王 ！ 就 轉 過 去 與 他 爭 戰 ， 約 沙 法 便 呼 喊 。

33 車 兵 長 見 不 是 以 色 列 王 ， 就 轉 去 不 追 他 了 。

34 有 一 人 隨 便 開 弓 ， 恰 巧 射 入 以 色 列 王 的 甲 縫 裡 。 王 對 趕 車 的 說 ： 我 受 了 重 傷 ， 你 轉 過 車 來 ， 拉 我 出 陣 罷 ！

35 那 日 ， 陣 勢 越 戰 越 猛 ， 有 人 扶 王 站 在 車 上 ， 抵 擋 亞 蘭 人 。 到 晚 上 ， 王 就 死 了 ， 血 從 傷 處 流 在 車 中 。

現在讓你有一個安靜的時刻，給聖靈一個空間，讓主耶穌可以藉着剛才讀過的經文，親自對你説話。

今日我從主耶穌領受的主題是: 神一出手，惡人終久一敗塗地! 

    凡靠主的，惡如亞哈也會一敗塗地，壞如掃羅也會成為保羅!

今日我們從列王紀上22章看到很諷刺的例子，雖然神給亞哈很多改過的機會，但他始終要多行惡事，結果他不信先知米該雅的警告，自作聰明去改裝，竟然有人"隨便"開弓也可以 "恰巧"射進他的甲縫，無命!

唉! 世人哪，何必呢! 歸回主，聽話啦!

親愛的主耶穌,

求你使我們每天能緊靠你，不落入魔鬼欺騙亞哈去自把自為，自作聰明的陷阱中，奉主耶穌基督名求，阿們。
