Every high priest is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices, and so it was necessary for this one also to have something to offer. If he were on earth, he would not be a priest, for there are already men who offer the gifts prescribed by the law. Hebrews 8: 3-4
What I heard from Jesus today is: Be a mediator and the sacrifice!
This chapter talks about Jesus as the High Priest of a new covenant. Jesus was both the high priest and the sacrifice. Because of his obedience to death He gives us a good example of how to follow him as a priest and the sacrifice. The job of a priest is the mediator between God and all who have broken God's law but want to be forgiven and restored to a right relationship with God(1 John 2:1-2). He lives forever to intercede continually for all.
What I heard from Jesus today is that we need to follow His good and faithful example to be a mediator, bring people back to God, be an intercessor to pray for all, and be willing to be the sacrifice like Jesus so that people can be restored to a right relationship with God. A daily intimate personal relationship with God!
Dear Holy Spirit,
Pour down your fresh anointing upon us that we can be abel to be a mediator and the sacrifice following Jesus faithful example. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Saturday morning(Oct. 1) Jesus gave me a vivid and wonderful picture to enter into the inner sanctuary following Him. An hour later after I recorded the podcast I was in the Sanctuary of Richmond Emmanuel Church receiving a vision confirmed by Lillian Mak and Brenda Choi. As more and more people of our church willing to come to our weekly prayer meeting Jesus invites us to enter into a deeper level to intercede and be intercessors.
Two hours later we had our monthly Young Clergy and Youth Pastors gathering and coaching. We went inside the inner sanctuary, cleared things away and made a simple and anointed place for people to pray. Four youth pastors and I led the first wave of prayers and then Priscilla and Margaret Kelly and me led the second wave of prayers after I bought a carpet and seven kneeling pads.

Now there have been many of those priests, since death prevented them from continuing in office; but because Jesus lives forever, he has a permanent priesthood. Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them. Hebrews 7: 23-25
What I heard from Jesus today is: Follow Jesus' example to intercede!
Yesterday Jesus gave me a vivid and wonderful picture to enter into the inner sanctuary following Him. An hour later after I recorded the podcast I was in the Sanctuary of Richmond Emmanuel Church receiving a vision confirmed by Lillian Mak and Brenda Choi. As more and more people of our church willing to come to our weekly prayer meeting Jesus invites us to enter into a deeper level to intercede and be intercessors.

This chapter talks about the superior position of Jesus as a Priest and King who intercede for us daily in heaven. Let's enter into the inner sanctuary with Jesus no matter it is a place in your church or a place in your heart to follow Jesus' example to intercede. Rev. Ed Hird's church is going to have a weekly prayer meeting starting this coming Saturday at 9a.m., the same time as people of Richmond Emmanuel Church. Praise the Lord that we are building up a momentum to pray and when people are willing to pray and follow Jesus' example to intercede, everything will happen according to God's perfect will!
It is so difficult to invite people to our weekly prayer meeting because most Christians do not understand why they need to do so. They pray in their small groups and they pray in Sunday worship. So, why bother to come one more time to pray? Jesus gave me an answer three months ago after I asked Him for quite some time. He said, "People have many reasons to join a small group or to come to Sunday worship. But, there is only one reason to go to a weekly prayer meeting. The reason is they believe in the power of prayers and willing to pray!" Praise the Lord that we have a 100% increase to our weekly prayer meeting since three months ago from less than 15 people to now around 35 people. From one group to now three groups on Saturday at nine and two locations, in Richmond and also in Vancouver, Andrew and Lucy's home.
Let's not talk the talk but walk the walk to follow Jesus' example to enter into the inner sanctuary and pray, pray, and pray!
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to follow your example to intercede and be a intercessor. In Jesus name we pray.Amen.

Land that drinks in the rain often falling on it and that produces a crop useful to those for whom it is farmed receives the blessing of God. But land that produces thorns and thistles is worthless and is in danger of being cursed. In the end it will be burned. Hebrews 6: 7-8
We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary
behind the curtain, where Jesus, who went before us, has entered on our behalf.
Hebrews 6: 19-20
What I heard from Jesus today is: Anchored and productive please!
Today Jesus gave me a vivid and wonderful picture. I saw Him waved to us and said, "Come on, follow me! I'll lead you to enter the inner sanctuary." Then I saw him used His left hand to move the curtain which was purple in color and walked in waving with His right hand to us, "Come on, follow me. Don't be afraid. Be encouraged! Come on!" Then I entered into the inner sanctuary now. Still in the kitchen of my home(came back last night from Toronto) early in the morning at 7: 25a.m., but I entered into the inner sanctuary with Jesus listening to His Word and singing praises to Him! Thank you Lord!
This chapter links with the first verse of Chapter 2 of the warning of drifting away like a ship. Chapter 5 talks about warning of the danger of remaining spiritually immature and this chapter is the warning of the danger of falling away from Christ.
The warning was about the falling away from faith and forfeiting spiritual salvation as the consequences of apostasy. Not following Jesus but to follow those people who were spiritual rebellion against the Truth.
The author gives an example as a piece of land that we need to be productive. But, being productive won't happen unless we follow Jesus into the inner sanctuary daily and to be anchored in Him. Like an anchor that holds a ship safely we need to anchored in Him. While a ship's anchor goes down into the depths of the sea, our anchors go up into the heights of heaven, into the inner sanctuary behind the curtain and that we can praise the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit with the angels and archangels daily.
Anchored and productive please!
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to follow you daily into the inner sanctuary and to be anchored in you. In Jesus name we pray.Amen.
