Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

Reflect on these questions:
1. Do you have a problem to grow you church, your small group, your family, your life...?
2. Do you know now how you can have a natural growth in Christ?

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen to him, while listening to "Gabriel's Oboe"

My Listening
The assignment from the Lord to me today is that "Satisfied in God Presents Spacious Place".
Today's passages are so powerful and rich that I felt so satisfied and full of peace and joy during our Time with Abba and Fire of the Altar.
I feel the stress and pressure of the Psalmist being surrounded and attacked by his enemies. But as he trusted in the Lord and the presence of God led him to a spacious place! Because he lived out what it describes in today's passages from Leviticus and Proverbs following the regulations and commands of God. It is because of that God is with him and God brings him to a spacious place even he is under pressure and attack. Wow!
Then, what Jesus' four actions in His consecrating the communion gives us the secret of that "spacious place". Actually the whole rules and commands of God is to teach us to follow Jesus' four actions during communion "Take", "Give Thanks", "Break" and "Give". It is by these four actions we become a different person, not negative anymore, not always want to grasp and take things into our pockets anymore, not self-centred any more, not rejecting to break our bad habits and change anymore!
That's "Spacious Place"! That's "Satisfied"!

Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to be willing to enter into your prepared spacious place so that we can experience what the word "satisfied" really means . In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
