Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen to him, while listening to "Gabriel's Oboe"

My Listening
The assignment from the Lord to me today is that "Listen and obey to God's voice and growth will happen naturally".
There are so many churches nowadays trying all their best to design programs and programs to help their people to grow and their church to grow. But, what they miss is that according to today's all four passages, growth only comes from being able to listen to God's voice and be willing to obey His orders!
See how Aaron's two sons died. It is not because they were not able to listen to God's voice, at least they were able to listen to God's servants voice and that is Moses and their father Aaron. The cause of their death is that they were not willing to obey! They died!
Jesus says it loud and clear that the Word of God is like the seeds sowing on the ground. Our job is to listen and obey and to prepare the good soil, then growth will be so natural that you may not believe! Do you believe that?

Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to obey to your daily orders so that we can grow naturally . In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Reflect on these questions:
1. Do you have a problem to grow you church, your small group, your family, your life...?
2. Do you know now how you can have a natural growth in Christ?
2. Do you know now how you can have a natural growth in Christ?
3. What have you got from Jesus today?
