今日我從主耶穌領受的主題是: 為主而活，不再是宗教徒!

 
 很多人想知道宗教徒與基督徒的分別，因為他們不想有意無意地做了宗教徒!

     今日的羅馬書及歷代志下希西家王帶領全國回轉神的模範，給我們很清楚又簡單直接基督徒的定義:
     1. 不再為自己而活， 為主而活，是主的人
     2. 不再論斷人，輕看人
     3. 不再拜金拜銀，用自己的金銀購買自己有意無意供奉了的偶像，而是全心全意的敬拜讚美主，盡心盡力以自己的金錢及所有奉獻給主

    你是否有意無意地做了宗教徒，抑或是一個全心全意敬拜讚美主，盡心盡力奉獻給主的基督徒，一目了然了!

        

    親愛的主耶穌,

    求你使我們不再有意無意地做了宗教徒，而是一個全心全意敬拜讚美你，盡心盡力奉獻給你的基督徒，奉主耶穌基督名求，阿們。

      陳永安弟兄於2024年1月26日發給我的信息:

       親愛主教:

我是陳永萍細佬陳永安，兩年前，我家姐向我傳福音，將你每天親親爸父早午禱傳給我，主感動我，我每天以你的講道，成為禱告，幾個月後，收到壞消息，患上前列腺癌，擴散到淋巴和骨，家姐得知問我信唔信耶穌，我深信主會醫治我的病，我信，她立刻同我決志信主。

這年幾多，打針，食標靶藥，當然有痛苦經歷，但我依靠主，不住禱告，念經文，每次都安然渡過，感謝主，癌細胞如同正常人，實在感恩，我家在沙田，家姐帶我去一城浸信會，我參加崇拜，團契，修讀幼苗成長課程，經過牧師同意，可以上冼禮班，將會在四月中冼禮啦，成為真正的基督徒。

我亦有將主教早午禱傳給妹妹和哥哥，他們都有願意的心去聆聽，希望主感動他們。

再次多謝主教傳達訊息，讓我每天都有靈修時間學習親近主，接近主。

求主保守看顧加拿大聖公會主教及各弟兄姊妹身體健康，一生一世必有恩惠，願主祝福你們。

多謝你在香港為我按手醫治祈祷，當時我癌細胞指數由6度升到31度，最近睇醫生，驗血報告癌指數降至12度，感謝神的恩典藉著主教醫治，亦聴主教講，聴他的話，在九月中團契，將會講得救見証，希望在香港再見主教，師母共聚午餐，感謝主，萍姐，麻煩你send 比主教。謝謝

Silence

1.   Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence

2.   Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.

1.  Pray for the Holy Spirit to shine on you that you are able to discover your sins and be willing to repent:

     “Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God and having Jesus as my Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

2.  Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:

     "Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sins to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Romans 14:7-13

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passages we have just read. Offer this time to Jesus as you listen to him.

    My Listening

    The topic I received today is: We live for Jesus, not religious people any more!

    There are quite a number of people want to know the difference between religious people and Christians, because they do not want to become religious people intentionally or unintentionally!

    Today's Romans and especially 2 Chronicles of how King Hezekiah led the whole nation to return to God is a good example of being a Christian:
    1. Live for ourselves no more but to live for Jesus, belongs to Jesus
    2. Judge people no more and never look down upon anyone
    3. Do not worship money and not to use our money to purchase all kinds of what we long to have but to worship God and make offerings to God with everything we have

    Is that clear enough for you to understand whether you are a Christian or not?

     Dear Lord Jesus,  

     Lead us to be a true Christian worshipping you with everything we have that we live for you but not for ourselves anymore. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen.

    Reflect on these questions:

     1. What inspiration have you received from today's catch and what have you heard from Jesus now?

      

      2.  What is your next step to be more closer to Jesus, to be holy - that is to do what Jesus wants you to do and not to do what Jesus wants you not to do?
