1. 求聖靈光照，使你知罪，願意認罪悔改
"親愛的聖靈, 求你光照我心靈的深處, 使我看見我的罪, 我和主耶穌的阻隔,
求你幫助, 奉主耶穌基督名求。阿們。"
2. 透過聖靈的工作, 安靜一刻, 省察自己, 之後祈禱:

特別在這黑暗的疫情中，人因為控制不到自己的舌頭，燒傷燒死了很多建立了很長時間的關係，甚至妻離子散，家破人亡，舌頭帶來的摧毀性是人估計不到的!
問題是人性的自我為主實在使我們很多時根本控制不到自己的扯火及怒氣，除非你明白唯一的方法是讓主掌管你的舌頭，你願意嗎?
