1. 求聖靈光照，使你知罪，願意認罪悔改
"親愛的聖靈, 求你光照我心靈的深處, 使我看見我的罪, 我和主耶穌的阻隔,
求你幫助, 奉主耶穌基督名求。阿們。"
2. 透過聖靈的工作, 安靜一刻, 省察自己, 之後祈禱:
「親愛的主耶穌，感謝你為我的罪釘死在十字架上，我願意在你面前承認我的罪（凡聖靈光照到的，請逐一說出），求你用你的寶血赦免我的罪，我願意打開心門讓你作我的救主，求你救贖我，我願意一生跟隨你讓你作我生命的主，求你帶領我。聖靈，求你充滿我，使我得著恩賜及力量去侍奉主、見證主，奉主耶穌基督名求，阿們。」

親親爸父經文:(詩篇 74:1-11; 歷代志上 22:1-23:32; 羅馬書 3:9-31; 箴言 19:13-14)
很多年前有一位很資深的牧者多次對我説: "每次在崇拜中讀認罪文時都很不想讀，因為我想不到我有甚麼罪!"
當時我很難過，因為今日的羅馬書告訴我們: 因為世人都犯了罪，虧缺了神的榮耀!
無人是無罪的，祇不過是我們不知道有甚麼罪，又或者知罪但不願意懊悔認罪，又或者懊悔認罪，但悔而不改，不願意改變自己的老我，那些使耶穌和你的關係上不能作主作王的阻隔。
罪使我們的生命失去了或少了很多神在我們生命中的榮耀，包括我們臉上因有如摩西接近神所帶來的榮光，我們願意被神使用所帶來的榮耀，實在太浪費，亦太可惜了!
那麼我們怎辨，點算呢?
1. 每天求聖靈光照使我們知罪，因為人無能力看到自己的罪，主耶穌在約翰福音16:8-11講得很清楚，使人知罪是聖靈的工作。
2. 每天向主耶穌求他的恩典，赦免救贖我們的罪，並且真心認罪悔改，而不是悔而不改，這樣，我相信你和主耶穌的關係必定會愈來愈甜蜜，你的臉上愈來愈有主的榮光，而主亦會使用你的生命去彰顯他的榮耀!
