Anglican Mission in Canada and Richmond Emmanuel Church have launched MISSION 113 Campaign starting January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026. We have received the baton from Archbishop Yong to continuous the call His Grace received in 1993 to bring more souls to God's eternal Kingdom! 1.  Pray for the Holy Spirit to shine on you that you are able to discover your sins and be willing to repent:

2.  Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:

    and restores them from their bed of illness.

    

         Psalm 41:1-3

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage we have just read. Offer this time to Jesus as you listen to him. 

   

     My Listening

    The topic I received today from Jesus is: Care for those in need, God will deliver you and will make your bed!

    Today's Psalm gives us what we want the most in the midst of the fear and darkness of this world!

    What we need to do is to try our best to care and love for those in need, have you been doing that?

    If you have, His promise is that when you are in trouble, He will deliver you, protect you, bless you. And if you are sick in bed, God will be on your bedside to take care of you and will make your bed!

     What? Make my bed? 
     Yes, the Hebrew word of the last line of verse three is actually "God will make your bed." NIV translate as "restores them from their bed of illness." I think the original Hebrews meaning is more intimate and comforting! And, He will restore you and make you well!

     

      Dear Lord Jesus,

      Thank you for giving us your command to care for those in need in this dark time of this world and your wonderful promise today. Help us to know that in all times we are in your presence and that no matter live or die, your name will always be glorified. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

    Reflect on these questions:

     1. What inspiration have you received from today's catch and what have you heard from Jesus now?

      

      2.  What is your next step to be more closer to Jesus, to be holy - that is to do what Jesus wants you to do and not to do what Jesus wants you not to do?
