Anglican Mission in Canada and Richmond Emmanuel Church have launched MISSION 113 Campaign starting January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026. We have received the baton from Archbishop Yong to continuous the call His Grace received in 1993 to bring more souls to God's eternal Kingdom! The Word, Time with Abba (Psalm 41:1-3, Numbers 28:16-29:40; Luke 3:23-38; Proverbs 11:18-19)
Blessed are those who have regard for the weak;
the Lord delivers them in times of trouble.

they are counted among the blessed in the land—
he does not give them over to the desire of their foes.

and restores them from their bed of illness. Psalm 41:1-3

Today's Psalm gives us what we want the most in the midst of the fear and darkness of this world!
What we need to do is to try our best to care and love for those in need, have you been doing that?
If you have, His promise is that when you are in trouble, He will deliver you, protect you, bless you. And if you are sick in bed, God will be on your bedside to take care of you and will make your bed!
What? Make my bed?
Yes, the Hebrew word of the last line of verse three is actually "God will make your bed." NIV translate as "restores them from their bed of illness." I think the original Hebrews meaning is more intimate and comforting! And, He will restore you and make you well!
Reflect on these questions: 1. What inspiration have you received from today's catch and what have you heard from Jesus now? 2. What is your next step to be more closer to Jesus, to be holy - that is to do what Jesus wants you to do and not to do what Jesus wants you not to do? Family Corner: Find an opportunity to share with your family the importance of today's message.
