Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen to him, while listening to "Gabriel's Oboe"
My Listening
The assignment from the Lord to me today is that "Enjoy safe pasture".
Today's passages call us to get away from all those unsafe "pasture" to come to God's safe pasture and enjoy to have time with Jesus! Just like what Jesus said in today's Mark, "The poor you will always have with you, and you can help them any time you want. But you will not always have me."
Yes, we really need to "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him" daily so that we won't waste our time in lots of "unsafe" pasture. I do not want to give a meaning to explain what "unsafe pasture" is. You need to figure it out. Or, you might not have the ability to figure it out because it is the job of the Holy Spirit to tell you whether you are in God's safe pasture, in the world's unsafe pasture or even in Satan's poison graveyard!
Are you enjoying time with Abba each day enjoy His safe pasture tailor-made for you and His faithful disciples?

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to be with you, to have you each day in your safe pasture. Help us to enter into the feast on the abundance of your house and pour down your living water from your river of delights to us each day. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Reflect on these questions:
1. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you what kind of pasture are you in each day? Ha
2. Have you been enjoying God's safe pasture daily??
2. Have you been enjoying God's safe pasture daily??
3. What have you got from Jesus today?
Let us praise the Lord:
