Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

My Listening
The topic I received from Jesus is: "Because you have overcome the evil one, so..."
Apostle John says, "Because you have overcome the evil one, I write to you."
What I have received from the Lord is that, what if those John raised up could not overcome the evil one, would he write to them?
Well, it's useless even if he wrote. If they could not overcome the evil one, they would fall into the dark trap to love the world. They lose the hearts to love the father, and no love to brothers and sisters. Even if John writes, they won't listen! What today's Psalm describes won't happen again, sad!
But if we can follow John's guide, sins forgiven by Jesus, knowing Abba, the word of God lives in us and we can be strong to overcome the evil one, everything would be bright and beautiful!
Even for those whom Daniel prophesied, considering themselves superior, wicked and have the power from Satan to destroy many and succeed in whatever they do, at the end they will be destroyed by God.
I sincerely hope that you can do the will of the Lord so that you live forever!

Dear Lord Jesus,
May you strengthen us to overcome the evil one because we are willing to welcome you as our King everyday. Lead us into the spirit of unity in our church life so that we can enjoy the goodness and beauty of your blessing. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
1. Are you able to live a victorious life recently? Why YES? Why NO?
2. How can you know your sin, confess, repent and be renewed?
3. What have you received from Jesus today?
Praise and Thanksgiving
