Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

My Listening
The topic I received from Jesus is: "Hallelujah! King of kings, Lord of lords! "
This morning when I was copying the Bible during our 6am to 7am Time with Abba I had a tremendous feeling about what would happen if we really believe chapter 19 of Revelation will surely happen?
I think if that really happen to our lives we will live out today's Psalm 148:1-6 to have a life full of praises and would not like what it says in today's Proverbs 31:1-7 to fall into the sins of drunkenness and sexual immorality.
I think we can be able to have a life as says in today's Zechariah 13:7-9 and not be a bad shepherd. We should be able to allow Jesus to refine us and test us to become pure gold becasue the one we use everything we have to follow is our Lord Jesus Christ and He is who we praise everyday, every minute and every second, He is:
King of kings, Lord of lords!

Hallelujah! King of kings, Lord of lords!
Dear Lord Jesus,
May you refine us and test us that we can be pure gold and that we can sing praises to you, you are the King of kings and Lord of lords. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
1. What are those obstacles to block you not willing to be refined and tested by the Lord to become pure gold?
2. How can you sing praises to the King of kings and Lord of lords daily?
3. What have you heard from Jesus today?
Praise and Thanksgiving
