Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

My Listening
The message I got today from our Lord Jesus Christ is "Lord, you are my sweetheart!".
Reflect on these questions:
Today's four passages give us quite a number of thoughts. But, I was being drawn to a vivid picture I received from Psalm 17:10-15. It begins with those wicked who close up their callous hearts, arrogant and pursue for reward in this life. Then at the end of this Psalm it turns to the opposite picture of a personal relationship to be able to see God's face and satisfied every morning when we awake to see God's likeness - the image of God (imago Dei) in us!
Wow! How sweet and beautiful. It is at that moment Jesus gave me a feeling that I am so loved by Him and I am his "sweetheart"! Wow! Sweetheart of Jesus!
Yes, Jesus is my sweetheart! Is Jesus your sweetheart!

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to experience that satisfaction of waking up each morning seeing your face and your likeness in us. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Reflect on these questions:
1. What kind of feeling do you usually have when you wake up each day?
2. Do you know that you are Jesus' sweetheart and He is your sweetheart? How much would this relationship help you to enjoy each day and be satisfied?
3. What have you received from Jesus today?
Let us praise the Lord:
