Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

My Listening
The message I got today from our Lord Jesus Christ is "Foundations being destroyed, spiritual coma comes".
Reflect on these questions:
Following yesterday's most frightening message "When did Jacob cease to be able to hear God's voice?", we come to the answer of yesterday's question: How could Jacob had a "spiritual coma" for more than twenty-five years?
The answer is in today's Psalm 11:3:
"When the foundations are being destroyed, what can the righteous do?"
What is the foundations? Jesus says it so clear as in today's Matthew 13:1-23:
"For the people's heart has become calloused, they nearly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes."
That's the word "spiritual coma" I received yesterday!
The foundations is the daily Word of the Lord, a daily intimate relationship with the Lord just like how it was like of Jacob hearing God's voice before. But, when "trouble" came to Jacob of losing his wife, he was willing to let himself to be in a spiritual coma for more than twenty-five years!
Unlike his father, Joseph had the Lord with him and the insight and gifts was with Joseph all the way to lead him to rise to the highest possible in Egypt!
Are you in a kind of spiritual coma? Is you heart become calloused by worldly treasures and other things that you can hardly hear God's voice and not able to receive His daily insight, instructions and commands?
Wake up! Wake up!
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help me to be able to know whether I am in a spiritual coma and if so, help to to cry to you so that I can wake up . In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Reflect on these questions:
1. If you are in a kind of spiritual coma, do you know how you can wake up?
2. Is there anyone Jesus wants you to take them out from their "spiritual coma"? How are you going to act?
3. What have you received from Jesus today?
Let us praise the Lord:
