DAY 29 (2018) - I Love You, All Things Are Possible in You! (Please click here for English podcast)

Silence

1.   Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2.   Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.

Praise and Thanksgiving

1.   Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2.   Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people

Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)

1.  Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:

“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

2.  Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:

"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

My Listening

The message I got today from our Lord Jesus Christ is "I love you, all things are possible in you".

The Lord opened my eyes to see how He would like me to enter into a deep relationship and a powerful assurance from Him after yesterday's theme "Lord, you are my sweetheart!"

How wonderful it is that today's Psalm starts with "I love you, Lord, my strength."

How wonderful it is we've got a first part of His loving statement yesterday and then today:
"Lord, you are my sweetheart! I love you, all things are possible in you!"

See how powerful it is that everything thing that is impossible happened to Moses when he prayed and followed God's direct command.

See how Jesus calls us to be little children to come to Him to experience that father and son's love. And, what a waste that the young ruler missed to follow Jesus because of his "doing" mode and not his "being and loving" relationship with God!

See how Jesus reminded His disciples that it is impossible to enter into God's Kingdom with human effort no matter how hard you do because only in God and with God it is possible for us to enter into His Kingdom and to experience His great power!

       Dear Lord Jesus,
I love you. Lead me to experience in you all things are possible.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

    Reflect on these questions:
   1.  How do you feel when God invites you today to say to Him, "I love you"? Are you going to say that to Him now and say to Him each day?

    2.  Have you experienced something impossible happen to your life because of the power of Jesus and your loving relationship with Him? How could that help your getting more closer and more intimate with Him?

    3. What have you received from Jesus today?

Let us praise the Lord:
