Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

My Listening
The topic I received from Jesus is: "When you are no way out, what should you do?"
Today's Psalm 102:1-11 shows us even as God's servant disaster might come any time and people would face a "no way out" situation, what should we do?
The best way is to remember yesterday's message and topic "My beloved! My Daring! My Bride! " and try you best to enter into this relationship, trusting that God as our beloved and daring will rescue us in His good time. Actually, Jesus already gave His life to us, is that not enough?
The depressed situation in life might pull us out from that sweet and intimate relationship as describes in today's Song of Songs 5: 8, 6:2 and 8:6-7 as says by the bride that reminds us of John 15:1-5 and then the Lord's reply as the groom in 6:4, 8:13.
Our respond in all time should be the last word of Song of Songs and the last word of the bride as in 8:14! How strong that urge is for us to wait and trust for the Lord to come! And, actually this is the last message of the whole book of the Bible, the last two verse of Revelation, 22:20!
Now listen, when you are no way out, come back to Jesus and let Him love you and lead you back into His forgiving and faithful love!

Dear Lord Jesus,
Help me to be able to enter into your intimate love each day so that I can have a way out, your way out prepared for me. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Reflect on these questions:
1. Do you have that kind of no way out experience? How did you get away from fear, anxiety and depression?
2. Are you still in a no way out situation? What's your next step to get away from that "dead end"?
3. What have you received from Jesus today?
Praise and Thanksgiving
