Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

My Listening
The topic I received from Jesus is: "How can the zeal of God fire you up? "
Today's all four passages give us a fact that lots of things in this world wear us out and only the zeal of God can give us a chance to regain our zealousness!
1. Three kinds of "remember"
a. God remember and have compassion on us: Psalm 103:13-14.
b. No body will remember us: Psalm 103:15-16
c. If we remember to listen and obey God,then the everlasting love of God will be with us.
2. The zeal of God gives us the Messiah, Jesus Christ to be with us and to reign over everything and everyone so that we can regain our zealousness to accomplish God's task
Isaiah 9:6-7
3. The grace of God is sufficient for us to get rid of all kinds of discouragement so that we can be zealousness and strong in the midst of sufferings
2 Corinthians 12:8-10
4. Don't wear yourself out to have zealous for getting rich
Proverbs 23:4-5
So, the zealous for money and getting rich lead us to lose our zealousness and our willingness to be with God so that we can receive the zeal of God leads us to regain our zealousness!

Dear Lord Jesus,
Help me to be close to you each day that I can regain my zealousness through the zeal of you . In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Reflect on these questions:
1. Do you have the zeal of God in you? Why YES or why NO?
2. What is your plan to make the first step towards receiving the zeal of God?
3. What have you received from Jesus today?
Praise and Thanksgiving
