Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

My Listening
The topic I received from Jesus is: "Do not give up! He is everything, you are being protected! Why fear? "
Wow! Today I could not stop to scribe and had scribed eight pages, eight pages! I've got a very important message for you to give you lots of encouragement:
1. Do not give up
If you go over my eight pages and you will find out that was the last four words I scribed today and it becomes the first message Jesus wants me to give to you:
Do not give up!
Have you heard that from Jesus yourself?!
Do not give up!
Now let me read Galatians 6:7-11 to you:
7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.8 Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

To please the Holy Spirit so that you are enjoying an eternal intimate relationship with Jesus each day, that is eternal life. Then, in God's timing, "in proper time", harvest will come!
If you do not give up, harvest will come! That's a promise from Jesus!
2. You need to get close to God and pray
I scribed lots of verses from today's Isaiah 37: 1-2, 5-7, 14-23, 30-38.
What King Hezekiah faced with the huge army of Assyria is like someone got the most severe cancer going to die in a month's time or have very serious depression planning to take his or her own life!
How to get out of that destruction? You follow what King Hezekiah did and you will be surely OK:
a. Go to your church sanctuary to pray: It means a real intimate personal prayer to God experiencing His presence
b. Go to God's servant(s) to seek for help and God's guidance, assurance and confirmation
c. Wait and keep praying, keep drawing near to God each day then in less than 10 days, I assure you will be OK!
3. He is everything, you are being protected
I was moved to tears today when I completed my Time with Abba scribing eight pages and listening to what Jesus told me. He said:
"Do you remember the song you liked to sing 40 years ago?" The song "He". Then He opened my eyes to see the assurance in Psalm 105: 37-45:
- He frees
- He protects
- He provides
- He keeps His promise
- He gives
so that we can listen and obey to Him!
Then I searched online for this song and found out it was written in 1954, the year I was born. It became one of the top 100 hit songs from 1955 on for a few years! A song praising who God is became the top 100 hit songs on earth! Then I listened to that in Youtube and please click here to listen and read the lyrics to allow God speaking to you and to free you from anxiety, depression or any more weary.
Do not give up! He is everything! You are being protected! Why fear?

He can turn the tides
And calm the angry sea.
He alone decides
Who writes a symphony.
He lights ev'ry star
That makes our darkness bright.
He keeps watch all through
Each long and lonely night.
He still finds the time
To hear a child's first prayer.
Saint or sinner call
And always find Him there.
Though it makes him sad
To see the way we live,
He'll always say, "I forgive."
He can grant a wish
Or make a dream come true.
He can paint the clouds
And turn the gray to blue.
He alone knows where
To find the rainbow's end.
He alone can see
What lies beyond the bend.
He can touch a tree
And turn the leaves to gold.
He knows every lie
That you and I have told.
Dear Lord Jesus,
If you do not give up, harvest will come! That's a promise from Jesus!

that we are in your protection. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Reflect on these questions:
1. Have you thought of giving up lately? What have you done to get rid of that thought of giving up?
2. How can today's message help you not to give up knowing that He is the Creator, Lord of Lords and King of Kings?
3. What have you received from Jesus today?
Praise and Thanksgiving
