               The assignment from the Lord to me today is  "Say Bye-Bye to Pressure and Depression".

          I am so thankful and joyful this morning when I was having Time with Abba with brothers and sisters of Toronto Emmanuel Church that I got a secret formula to get rid of pressure and depression. Well, if you believe that and are willing to follow of course!

                Again, if you have not read today's four passages, you won't understand. So, if you have not read that please stop here and read those four passages first.

               You can see from the two photos of my copying the Bible this morning that I found out from today's Psalm and 2 Kings that God is:
    Our Healer
    Our Saviour
    Our Provider
    Our Lover

                And yet, just like what it says in today's Proverbs 17:22, lots of people's spirit are being crushed and live in sadness, pain, pressure and depression nowadays. We know that cheerful heart is good medicine but it seems there is no way for many people to have that cheerful heart!

                How about enjoying each day that God is our Healer, Saviour, Provider and Lover? Most people can't!

                The secret I discover today is from Acts 14:21-23. If you want to have our hearts strengthened and remain true to the faith, the best and may be the only way is to follow God's appointed pastors and to make praying and fasting your way of life, your lifestyle! Is that difficult? No! Will you do it?

               If you can live that out, to follow God's appointed pastors and to make praying and fasting your lifestyle, then sooner or later you will experience in a very special way that God is your Healer, Saviour, Provider and Lover!

                 Say Bye-Bye to pressure and depression!
      Dear Lord Jesus,
      Help us to be willing to follow your appointed pastors and to make praying and fasting our lifestyle so that we can experience that you are our Healer, Saviour, Provider and Lover. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
