Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

My Listening
The topic I received from Jesus is: "How do you know you are out of captivity?"
Quite a number of brothers and sisters asked me the past few days after they came to have Time with Abba every morning. Their question was very similar, "Why did all those good kings cannot not finish well?"
See how today's 2 Chronicles 33:10-16 describes King Manasseh's pride and his not listening until he was at the very last moment! Why can't we return to our Lord earlier, why wait until the last moment!
Today's Romans 16:25-26 gives us the way to be well and to be able to finish well. It is only through Jesus, only Jesus can save you!
Believe in Jesus, listen and obey to Jesus, follow Jesus!
Are you ready to humble yourself before the Lord so that this can happen in your live?
The answer is very simple, but very painful. Because it concerns with you and me. We might not be able to finish well! And, the reason is we are not willing to humble ourselves before the Lord!
See how today's Psalm 82: 6 says,
"I said, 'You are "gods";
you are all sons of the Most High.
But you will die like mere mortals;
you will fall like every other ruler.
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help me to be humble before you so that I can be well and can finish well. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Reflect on these questions:
1. Do you know the consequence of not willing to humble before the Lord?
2. How do you know you are really humble before the Lord?
3. What have you received from Jesus today?
Praise and Thanksgiving
