1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
3. Sing a song to praise God (you are welcome to use "Father, I adore you" which I have been singing every morning for the past 20 years or your own choice to praise God)

1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to shine on you that you are able to discover your sins and be willing to repent:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God and having Jesus as my Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sins to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). My Listening
The topic I received today from Jesus is: Don't be frightened! Wait patiently, Jesus heard your cry!
Two years ago today, Canada Prime Minister Trudeau announced the closing of all borders and asked people in Canada to stay at home. At the same time British Columbia Provincial Government announced to ban all activities over 50 people and other new measures. It has been a very difficult two years worldwide and it is so hard to wait!
Today's Psalm gives us a timely comfort: Don't be frightened! Wait patiently, Jesus heard your cry!
At last, Jesus lifts us out of this slimy pit, out of the mud and mire of the fear of COVID-19! Starting this coming Sunday, exactly after two years time, our church resume almost everything!
We have been walking each day in trust the past two years and that we can sing to the Lord and trust in the Lord more and more each day because of our waiting patiently and God listened to our cry!
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us not to be afraid but to wait patiently, trusting that you heard our cry. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
