Silence

1.   Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence

2.   Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.

Praise and Thanksgiving

1.   Think through your day, all the times that made you smile

2.   Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people

3.   Open your heart to praise the Lord

       When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears
           and delivers them out of all their troubles.

        The Lord is near to the brokenhearted

           and saves the crushed in spirit.

Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)

1.  Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:

     “Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

2.  Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:

     "Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

8 And Hezekiah said to Isaiah, “What shall be the sign that the Lord will heal me, and that I shall go up to the house of the Lord on the third day?” 9 And Isaiah said, “This shall be the sign to you from the Lord, that the Lord will do the thing that he has promised: shall the shadow go forward ten steps, or go back ten steps?”10 And Hezekiah answered, “It is an easy thing for the shadow to lengthen ten steps. Rather let the shadow go back ten steps.” 11 And Isaiah the prophet called to the Lord, and he brought the shadow back ten steps, by which it had gone down on the steps of Ahaz.

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen to him, while listening to "Gabriel's Oboe"

    My Listening

           We lack faith! Yes, we are so easily scare by all kinds of troubles and crisis and we lost our direction! Lots of time we need confirmation from the Lord so that we are sure that He is going to take care of us.

           Today's passage is about that. After all those miraculous deeds God did for Hezekiah he still need a confirmation from God! And, to our surprise, God did a miracle that most scientists think it is impossible, the Bible is lying. Some people got some kind of proof from the internet that some scientists proof that this really happen in that time. Well, I am not comment on that.
            The point is, God shows forth His miraculous power to give Hezekiah confirmation, just like how he did that for you and me if you have experienced His way to confirm His will and direction to you.
            So, is that enough for Hezekiah to trust 100% to God and not to other people? Hezekiah should, but you can see that in tomorrow's passage he is not! How sad!
           I do hope and pray that you won't be those Christians asking God to give you endless confirmations but belongs to those Christians being with God each day that no matter what, God is with you! 

    Dear Lord Jesus,
    Help us to count your blessings each day and be with you each day that we have our total trust on you no matter what happen. Amen.

Reflect on these questions:

    1. What kind of faith do you have with God? 

2. If you have a big crisis tomorrow, would you still trust God and feel God is around?

    3. What have you got from Jesus today?

     Today is our 312 days non stop Morning Prayer Monday through Friday 6:30a.m. to 7:30a.m. Saturday 8a.m. to 9:45a.m., Sunday 7:30a.m. to 8:30a.m.

The offering of our First Fruit every morning have changed lots of things: unity, lifestyle, character …and many more!

      First High School Student join our daily 6:30am Time with Abba! Thank you Jesus! Thank you Jesus!
Last Tuesday, Harry's parents sent him to be with our Pastoral Staff for the whole morning according to Harry's school's requirement to have each student to be in an office one day a year to observe. We caught this chance to teach Harry how to copy the Bible to pray to have a Time with Abba. After that day, Harry asked his mom to take him to join us starting today. Praise the Lord! Grace joined us almost daily since a month ago. Today is our DAY 312 non-stop Time with Abba daily at 6:30am
