Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

My Listening
The message I got today from our Lord Jesus Christ made me trembling: "Honour God? Dishonour God? "
And, this morning I scribed seven pages! Powerful seven pages to teach us the fruit and glory of the result of honouring God and the consequence and darkness of dishonouring God from all four passages!
As I dropped down what Jesus told me this morning on the side of my scribing, I think it is better for me to copy and paste of what I directly got from Jesus so that you know what I've got and hope that you will get what Jesus tailor-made for you today.

Dear Lord Jesus,
Challenge us today whether we know that we are honouring you each day or dishonouring you each day so that we may be honoured by you and have life. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Reflect on these questions:
1. What is your reflection after today's useful and strong messages?
2. How can you honour God more each day? How can you get rid of any lifestyle of yours that might dishonour God?
3. What have you received from Jesus today?
3. What have you received from Jesus today?
