2.   Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.

Praise and Thanksgiving

1.   Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2.   Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people

Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)

1.  Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:

“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

2.  Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:

"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

 My Listening
The message I got today from our Lord Jesus Christ is: "Our Lord and Saviour DAILY bears our burdens "

Today's I have received three important area of thoughts:
       1. Our Lord and Saviour DAILY bears our burdens so we need to come to Him daily
What I wrote down in my TWA journal today is below:

            From Psalm 68:19-27
           - Our Lord and Saviour daily bears our burdens. What we need to is to come to Him daily.
           - He will lead us to escape even death and He will crush His enemies. Well, not necessary our enemies, but His enemies.
          -  We have a kind of procession of victory for us to praise the Lord

        2. We can't come to Jesus unless we are being filled by the Holy Spirit and being enabled by the Father

            From John 6: 63
            - The Holy Spirit gives life and we need to be filled by the Holy Spirit and be enabled by the Father so that we can come to Jesus. Without that we can't come to Jesus!

            From 1 Samuel 10: 5-10
            - See how the Holy Spirit came down powerfully upon Saul and how God changed Saul's heart to become a completely new person.
            - We need the Holy Spirit to come powerfully upon us, experience God with us, then we will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit and can do whatever God wants us to do.

         3. How come Saul and Judah became so wicked
             - God changed Saul's heart already, why he became wicked later?
            - How come one of Jesu' twelve became a devil?

The only way for us not to turn to the evil side is that we really have to come to Jesus daily because he bears our burdens daily and only He can protect us and take us away from all those temptations we can be able to tackle with.

     Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to come to you daily so that we won't be swallowed by our own burdens or even become a devil. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

      Reflect on these questions:
   1.  What are the burdens you have been bearing? How can you let Jesus to bear your burdens daily?

    2.  Do you know what is the consequence if you can't come to Jesus daily?

     3. What have you received from Jesus today?

    Praise and Thanksgiving
Let's give thanks for God with us. Let us praise Him:
