"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). 13 Saul died because he was unfaithful to the Lord; he did not keep the word of the Lord and even consulted a medium for guidance, 14 and did not inquire of the Lord. So the Lord put him to death and turned the kingdom over to David son of Jesse.

1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to shine on you that you are able to discover your sins and be willing to repent:

2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passages we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen to him.

What kind of inspiration have today's three passages given you?
God promises to give peace to His children, we are in His protection! Look at how God protected Paul and we should know that God is always faithful!
But, God put Saul to death because he deserted God many times! And, we should know that Paul was being called Saul too. How if he continued to persecute and kill Christians, would his consequence be the same as Saul?
May you be with God everyday enjoying the peace He grants to you!
