1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to shine on you that you are able to discover your sins and be willing to repent:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passages we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen to him.

The topic I received today is: The secret to pull you out of the sea of sufferings
If you understand today's passages really can pull you out of the sea of sufferings, then the first one to receive God's blessing would be you, and then God will use the experience of how you get out of sufferings to bring healing, freedom and salvation to those He prepares for you to help:
1. To experience God's presence daily, to open the Bible to read His words and to listen to His voice
2. To remove all those "detestable idols" in your life, not to follow those things who leads you to have a "divided heart" that you cannot follow Jesus because of our hearts of stone
It is just like how the Lord removed my way of serving my cel. phone many hours a day a few months ago. Jesus used five years step by step to take that "detestable idol" from me. It doesn't mean that I am not using my cel. anymore but I am not controlled by my cel. phone like before! It is no more "Cel. phone is lord", but "Jesus is Lord"!
3. To receive a heart of flesh, to be filled with the Holy Spirit and being anointed by the Holy Spirit and to taste the sweetness of Unity(undivided heart)
This is the secret to pull you out of the sea of sufferings!

Help us to be able to experience this secret pulling us out of the sea of sufferings so that you can use us to bring healing, freedom and salvation to many people. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
