Bible Study
This is a passage to challenge us on how much we understand love and are willing to love. This passage starts with "When Judas was gone". Do you think Judas knew how to love? No, of course. But, do you think Judas thought he know how to love? Well, may be, may be he just wanted to use his own way to love Jesus pushing him to exercise his authority as a king!
What do you think Jesus wants us to understand how to love one another?
Very simple, trust and follow what He says, "as I have loved you, so you must love one another."
What does Jesus means by saying that?
Have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage of scripture we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen to him, while listening to "Gabriel's Oboe"

What I heard from Jesus today is: How to love one another?
What Jesus reveals to me what does He means by loving one another is very simple indeed:
1. You need to learn more from the Bible of how He loves
2. You need to have a daily intimate personal relationship with Him that He can teach you personally each day of how to love.
3. You need to follow His many examples to be a slave to serve, to call people to repent and return to God's Kingdom, to forgive, to give even giving His own life on the Cross... I can't name all those examples of how Jesus taught and practice love in the Bible. We need to go there to learn more and practice following those moving examples.
4. If you really do it right following Jesus example to love one another, then more and more people will know that you are Jesus disciple. More and more people can see the light of Jesus is in you. More and more people will tell you that you are like Jesus!
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to be willing to opening the Bible more to learn how you love us and to be with you more that you can instruct us each day to love one another. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
