Bible Study

     After the terrible pictures of the end time, assurance comes to those who belongs to God in a very special way. 

Let's take a look at what Bishop N.T. Wright says (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N._T._Wright ) :

     The special treatment here is, to put it in a single word, rescue.  Just as the children of Israel were spared the attack of the angel of death because they had put the blood of the Passover lamb on their doorposts (Exodus 12), so these people are to be spared the suffering which will come upon the whole world as evil is allowed to do its worst.

    The title I heard from Jesus today is: Assurance of being rescued and protected

    What I got from Jesus today is a relief after hearing all those kind of sufferings. Yes, as faithful servants of God, we will be rescued and protected when that time comes.

    The question is, how faithful you are to be worthy of that kind of rescue and protection? 
     
Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank you for your assurance that you will rescue us and protect us when those crisis come. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
