Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

My Listening
The message I got today from our Lord Jesus Christ is so powerful:
"Not Powerful Superman, but Beloved Joyful Little Children of Abba Father! "
Wow! I had a very powerful encounter with the Lord this morning during our 6am Time with Abba and then 7am Holy Communion (Fire of the Altar - FOTA).
Have you ever thought of what does that mean when Jesus says in Luke 10:20 "However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit o you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven."?
I was thinking through and through this morning and then Jesus opened my soul to have a new understanding. What I received from the Lord is that we as Christian leaders so often take the authority and power from God for granted and think that they belong to us. Then we take the position of "kingship" and "lordship". From today's Psalm 47:5-9, to Deuteronomy 23:1-25:19, to Luke 10:13-37 to Proverbs 12:12-14 is all about the Kingship and Lordship of God!
When we become those as Jesus says "wise" and "learned", and when we receive the authority and power from Jesus to exercise many miraculous acts, lots of time we become intentionally and unintentionally "the king", the powerful guy!
And it is in that kind of "rotten" character we would be swallowed by the seven deadly sins and unable to drive those sins out from our body, mind and soul. We become unholy just as stated in today's Deuteronomy23:12-14 and become "filthy". Yes, we become FILTHY! Terrible!
That's why Jesus commands us to become a joyful little children always dancing and praising God all the time of our life! And, our names will be written in heaven and not to be taken away from the book of life because of our PRIDE, and GREED, LUST, ENVY, GLUTTONY, WRATH and SLOTH!!!

Dear Lord Jesus,
Help me not to take the authority and power you give to me for granted so that I won't be a powerful superman but a beloved joyful little children of you, Abba Father. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Reflect on these questions:
1. Do you aware that sometimes you take the authority and power of God given to you for granted then become a powerful superman unaware that you are only a steward?
2. How are you going to confess this kind of PRIDE now to Jesus Christ our Lord?
3. What have you received from Jesus today?
Praise and Thanksgiving
