Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the
passage of the Bible we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen
to him.

1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to shine on you that you are able to discover your sins and be willing to repent:

My Listening
Today our main thought is to focus on how God sent an angel to appear before
Gideon, raised him up to be a mighty warrior and filled him with the Holy Spirit
with the anointing to call many Israelites to go up gathering together to fight for
the Lord.
We can read it carefully in Judges chapter 6 to learn how great God is to show
forth miraculous signs and wonder solving the doubt and disbelieve of Gideon,
mainly three steps:
1. Why (Judges 6:13) - God is not with them
2. How (Judges 6:14-16) - God is with Gideon
3. Really (Judges 6:17-23, 36-40) - Of course, look!
How about you? God is calling you now to become a mighty warrior to fight for Him just like He called Moses, Joshua, Deborah and Gideon. Are you willing to walk through that three steps to become God's mighty warrior?
