It would be unusual for a Christian to say, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" Only in some very critical hour that we really do not feel we are loved and protected by God. But, when Jesus said this this is a big deal!

Yes, the official answer is all the sins of human beings poured down to Jesus and he felt the isolation of sins with Him to the Heavenly Father. What I got from Jesus today is we can not get away from this kind of isolation unless we are covered and protected by the blood of Christ and to have a daily intimate personal relationship with Jesus.
Dear Lord Jesus,
