What I got from Jesus today are two words: Guard, Watch.

What I say to you, I say to everyone: 'Watch!' Mark 13: 37
What I got from Jesus today are two words: Guard, Watch.
The Lord gives me a scenario of 'breaking in". I prayed for one of our parishioners last Sunday for her house was being broken in by smashing the front door. They lost quite a lot of things. But the most difficult thing is not what one lost but the kind of "fear" and the question "why".
So, let me explain that two words I've got from Jesus:
1. Guard - We set alarm when we leave our home but we always forget to set the "spiritual alarm". Knowing the Bible and talking to Jesus especially a daily intimate personal relationship with Jesus is like setting the alarm. Because it is the Holy Spirit's job to warn you against all kinds of break-in attempts. And you need to ask for the blood of Jesus to cover, cleanse and protect you daily. The blood of Jesus is the "spiritual alarm".
2. Watch - Do not get lazy thinking that you are OK. You need to watch and be prepared that the Devil who is the Deceiver may come in your soul stealing everything you have got like questioning why God allows this to happen, you are dissatisfied of what your church and your pastor(s) are doing, you start to disconnect of all kinds of relationship, you become angry, jealous, worry, hate, hopeless or even want to kill yourself.
That's how the Deceiver wants to break-in anytime when you are not on guard and watch. That's how you need to know how to be on guard and watch and really "DO IT"!
Pray for the blood of Jesus to cover you, cleanse you and protect you daily. It's only the blood of Jesus can cover, cleanse and protect you in the severe attack of the Devil!
Dear Lord Jesus,
Come and pour down your blood on us so that we are being covered, cleasnsed and protected. Help us to be always on guard and watch. Amen.Please click this link to worship with us - Nothing But The Blood
