'I will send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way before you.' Luke 7: 27
"See, I will send my messenger, who will prepare the way before me. Then suddenly the Lord you are seeking will come to his temple; the messenger of the covenant, whom you desire, will come." says the Lord Almighty. Malachi 3: 1
What I received from Jesus today is: How do you prepare the way for Jesus?
This prophecy is from Malachi 3: 1 talking about the coming of John the Baptist to prepare the way for Jesus. It is also talking about us as one who receive the baton from John the Baptist to prepare the way for Jesus. Our main job on earth is to follow John the Baptist's good example as a channel, a messenger, a bridge, a way to lead others to Jesus and for Jesus to do His mighty work that the blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised and the good news is preached to the poor.(v. 22)
How well are you preparing the way for Jesus recently?
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to prepare the way for you. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. Please click this link to worship with us - Amazing Grace(My Chains Are Gone)
