What I heard from Jesus today is: How often do you pray for your government?

How often do you pray for your government? Do you believe in the importance of praying for those in authority of your country? Since six years ago our church, Richmond Emmanuel, has been praying for ten MPs every Sunday (five in each of our two morning services) and since then Canada changed a lot. Of course it is not because of Richmond Emmanuel Canada changed but I am sure that there are many churches and Christians suddenly aware the importance of what Paul wanted to tell us:
Pray for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.
I do pray and hope that you will start to pray for you Government officials today.
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to pray for our government officials. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
