Sarai said to Abram, "The Lord has kept me from having children. Go sleep with my maidservant; perhaps I can build a family through her." Abram agreed to what Sarai said. Genesis 16: 2
What I received from Jesus today is: Who do you listen to?
Do you listen to your wife, your husband, your boss, your business partner, your son, your daughter, your parent or God?We never understand why Abram did not listen to God but we see it very clearly the consequences of not listening and obeying to God! The descendants of Ishmael are the Arabs and for thousands of years we can see wars between the Israelites and Arabs until now! Don't under estimate the consequences of not listening and obeying to God!
I do hope that you can listen to God and be able to obey Him!
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to be able to discern your will and follow your lead. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
