How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God! For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant. Hebrews 9: 14-15

What I heard from Jesus today is: You need the blood of Jesus!

This chapter tells us only one thing - we need the blood of Jesus!

The new covenant established by Christ is so much superior to the old covenant and what we need is the blood of Jesus. He died on the cross to shed His innocent blood in order to remove our sins and to restore our right relationship with God. By His blood we are being saved!

I wonder if you know to ask the blood of Christ to cleanse you and cover you daily? I ask the blood of Jesus Christ to cleanse me and cover me daily. I hope you can do so.

You need the blood of Jesus!

Dear Lord Jesus,

Thank you for your dying on the Cross for our sins. Pour down your blood on us to cleanse our sins and protect us. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
