Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. Hebrews 13: 7

What I heard from Jesus today is: Love Your Pastors!

Pastor Rick Warren chose Hebrew 13: 7 as the text to preach in my consecration as a bishop in September 9, 2009. It's not easy for us to love our pastors in such a way so that they are being appreciated, supported, followed, loved and imitated. Satan's main scheme to destroy a church is to mislead people so that they cannot do those positive acts but instead do the reverse way: bad mouth, speak against, deserted, hate and destroy. Don't step into this kind of mine field of Satan!

Love your pastors that you can do the three things the author teaches:

1. To Remember: that is to appreciate, to think of, to pray, to obey and submit to their authority(v.17).

2. To Consider: that is to look carefully at their good example, their lifestyle and their finishing well

3. To imitate: that is to follow, to copy and to imitate of their good example

May I suggest that you pray for your pastors at least once everyday. Because if you can pray for them then you have a lesser chance to bad mouth, speak against, deserted, hate and destroy them. Right? Now, let's pray for your pastors. And please pray for me at least once everyday!

Dear Lord Jesus,

Help us to love our pastors and be willing to pray for them at least once everyday. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
