With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God's likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers, this should not be. James 3: 9-10

What I heard from Jesus today is: Start with controlling your tongue first please!

We talk about not talking the talk but to walk the walk in the last two chapters. It would all be just thinking, learning and talking if we can't control our tongue. Close your eyes now and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you how many bad things have you spoken against your pastors, leaders, relatives and friends for the past just three days. If you really do that now and you will know what I am saying. Please do it now! Just close your eyes and spend no less than three minutes in silence to ask the Holy Spirit to come and reveal the reality of your unable to control your tongue.

Before thinking of not talking the talk but walk the walk, start with controlling your tongue first please!

Dear Lord Jesus,

Help us to be able to control our tongue. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
