Anything can happen to your life without your preparation!

today at 4:10p.m.. If he was there one minute earlier he would have
been hit by the plane right on. He was shaking for 15 minutes and
didn't know what to think of but to pray! Ming Pao took one of his
picture as in the front page tomorrow.
Be prepared to see Jesus anytime!

2 John 1: 10-11
What I heard from Jesus today is: Discern who to love
This letter to "the chosen lady and her children" should be either addressing to a local church and her member or to a prominent Christian widow in one of the nearby church in Asia Minor(Turkey today). John wanted to talk about the discernment of who to love and not love. It was common for Christians to welcome missionaries to their homes and to provide them with their need. John cautioned them to use discernment in welcoming who to welcome and not welcome since false teachers were around all the places.
I think the picture I put today gives a clear idea of what John wanted to say - which bridge we need to cross and which we need to burn. It's a difficult lesson today for us to learn and discern because what we have been learning is an unreserved love. But, you need to know unreserved love doesn't mean you welcome and give support to those who give false teaching!
Dear Holy Spirit,
Anoint us with your fresh anointing of the gift of discernment that we know who to welcome and who not to. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
**Sorry that I have a 20 hours of delay to this blog. It is because I was too tire yesterday night after the past two weeks without much sleep and could not do anything so I slept. And then when I went home after work today I slept until two hours ago for dinner. Hope you understand and pray for my recovery after long time without sleep to do my doctoral thesis. Well, I've done it, that's the most encouraging thing, right?
