Yesterday's passage showing us the importance and real meaning of Jesus is Lord by asking ourselves two questions:
1. Who is lording your life?
2. Who are you working for?
Today's passage shows us the reality, is Jesus really our Lord lording our lives. If Jesus is our Lord, then we are fruitful and fruitful means we have at least thirty folds. That seems the minimum state of being fruitful!
So, what is thirty folds? If you fold a paper, one fold is two, two fold is four, four fold is eight, then thirty fold is nine zeros after one, 100 millions! That's the minimum. What does that means? It means that you can be an instrument used by Jesus as your Lord to lead 100 millions people into the Kingdom of heaven! For Billy Graham and John Stott, we know that they are one hundred, that's 30 zeros after 1! How about you? Are you fruitful or fruitless?

What I heard from Jesus today is: Show me your thirty folds! Are You Fruitful Or Fruitless?
What I got today from Jesus is a reality check to show Jesus is really our Lord. If Jesus really is our Lord, then we have to be at least thirty folds. You would never know whether you are 30, 60 or 100 folds until you are in heaven. Because Jesus uses your life to touch the souls of many people and it will be generations of generations if you are really fruitful.
But, there are three situations that could block you from being fruitful:
1. Rebellious: unable to receive any seed at all and Satan takes the seed away every time someone wants to sow a seed in you.
2. Rootless: rocky places, not much soil are those who care less of God's Word. Going to church like going to a club, always dose off while listening to sermons, never or rarely have daily devotion.
3. Trapped: All kinds of thorns in life choking the plant. Lots of people have all kinds of excuses not having a daily intimate relationship with Jesus, to let the Word of God grows. All kinds of busy-ness: school, work, children, health ...So many Christians are being trapped! Like an animal being captured by a trap!
How about you? How do you answer Jesus personal question to you now?
