Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to work in you:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen to him, while listening to "Gabriel's Oboe"

My Listening
Today's Psalm reminds and give me assurance of how dear and important we are to God!
Wow! We are the apple of His eye! Do you have any idea if you cannot protect the apple of your eye you may be blind?!
Even so, we as human beings always want to get out of that intimate and important relationship with God and fall into all kinds of sins: sexual sins, lust, greed, rivalry, pride...and we have all kinds of excuses like what Moses did to God!
The assignment I received from Jesus today is that what I need to do is to be a little childas close as I can to Abba Father, Daddy. And when Abba says GO, I'll go and do it, then God will help me in His miraculous way.
The key word for me today is: No Go, No Help!

Dear Lord Jesus,
Embrace me as your precious child and that I can see me in the apple of your eye . Help me to have the courage to go and do what you command me to do receiving the assurance that you will help me if I dare to go. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Reflect on these questions:
1. Have you received any command from Jesus lately? Do you go or not go?
2. How can you count His blessings of all those time when you listened and obeyed to His command and that He came to help and protect?

3. What have you got from Jesus today?
